At comdirect, the video identification process involves the customer connecting with a service agent via a video call. During the call, the customer is required to show their identification document, such as a passport or ID card, to the agent. The agent then verifies the authenticity of the document and matches it with the customer's face to confirm their identity. Once the verification process is complete, the customer's identity is confirmed, and they can proceed with their account opening or other banking activities. **
