It also means being mindful of the impact of my decisions on myself, others, and the world around me, and striving to live in a way that promotes growth, compassion, and authenticity. **

Yes, it is possible for someone to consciously ignore something by choosing to divert their attention away from it or by actively suppressing thoughts or feelings related to it. This can be a deliberate effort to avoid dealing with a particular issue or to protect oneself from discomfort or distress. However, ignoring something consciously may not always be effective in the long term, as unresolved issues or emotions may resurface later on. **

Conscious breathing involves focusing on the breath and being aware of each inhalation and exhalation. To practice conscious breathing, find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths, paying attention to the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. You can also use techniques such as counting your breaths or focusing on a specific area of the body where you feel the breath most strongly. This practice can help reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and promote a sense of calm and relaxation. **

While animals can certainly hear and respond to sounds, it is still a topic of debate whether they can consciously perceive music in the same way that humans do. Some studies suggest that certain animals, such as birds and whales, may have an appreciation for music and can even create their own musical sounds. However, it is unclear whether they have the same emotional and cognitive responses to music as humans. More research is needed to fully understand the extent to which animals can consciously perceive and appreciate music. **
