The Germans cannot directly elect their President because the President is elected by a special assembly called the Federal Convention. This convention is made up of members of the Bundestag (the federal parliament) and an equal number of delegates chosen by the state parliaments. This indirect election process is designed to ensure that the President is chosen in a non-partisan manner and represents the interests of both the federal and state governments. This system also helps to prevent the President from becoming too closely aligned with any particular political party. **

Many Turks re-elected Erdogan because they believe he has brought stability and economic growth to the country during his time in office. Additionally, Erdogan's strong nationalist and conservative policies resonate with a significant portion of the Turkish population. His tough stance on security and his promises to strengthen the country's position on the global stage also appeal to many voters. Furthermore, Erdogan's control over the media and political opposition has limited the ability of alternative voices to gain traction, contributing to his continued popularity among a significant portion of the electorate. **

It can be argued that a 5-year term for the Bundestag is reasonable as it allows for stability and continuity in governance. It gives elected representatives enough time to implement policies and fulfill their promises without the distraction of constant campaigning. However, some may argue that a shorter term could ensure more frequent accountability and responsiveness to changing public opinion. Ultimately, the decision on the length of the term should consider the balance between stability and democratic accountability. **

Ultimately, the decision on the frequency of elections should balance the need for stability with the need for democratic accountability. **

It would be important to assess its performance and consider any potential upgrades or alternatives before making a decision on re-electing the traffic light. **

Additionally, broadcasting the sound without the picture could potentially violate copyright laws and licensing agreements. Therefore, it is important to ensure that both the sound and picture are broadcasted together during live football streaming. **

To broadcast a live video instead of the webcam in Skype, you can use a third-party software or hardware device that allows you to input a live video feed into your computer. One option is to use a video capture card or device that connects to your camera or video source and then to your computer. You can then select this device as the video input source in Skype settings.
