Both FöJ (Freiwilliges Ökologisches Jahr) and FSJ (Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr) are voluntary service programs in Germany that offer young people the opportunity to engage in meaningful work and gain valuable experience. The main difference between the two is the focus of the work: FöJ is centered around environmental and ecological projects, while FSJ is focused on social and community service. Ultimately, the choice between FöJ and FSJ depends on the individual's interests and career goals, as both programs provide valuable opportunities for personal and professional development. **

It's difficult to determine if your FÖJ application is okay without more specific information. However, make sure that you have followed all the application guidelines and provided all the necessary documents. Double-check that your application is complete and that you have addressed any specific requirements or questions outlined in the application. If you have any doubts, consider reaching out to the organization or program administering the FÖJ to ask for feedback or clarification. **

Deciding whether to pursue an FSJ (Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr) or FÖJ (Freiwilliges Ökologisches Jahr) experience is a personal choice that depends on your interests and goals. If you are passionate about social work or environmental conservation, and are open to new experiences and challenges, then participating in an FSJ or FÖJ could be a rewarding and enriching experience for you. It's important to carefully consider the specific responsibilities and opportunities offered by each program to determine which aligns best with your interests and aspirations. **

A voluntary ecological year (FÖJ) at an animal shelter can be beneficial for medical studies in several ways. First, it provides hands-on experience working with animals, which can be valuable for those interested in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. Additionally, it offers the opportunity to learn about animal behavior, care, and health, which can be relevant to medical studies. Furthermore, the experience gained during the FÖJ can demonstrate a commitment to animal welfare and a passion for working with animals, which can be attractive to medical schools or potential employers in the medical field. Overall, while a FÖJ at an animal shelter may not directly relate to all aspects of medical studies, it can still provide valuable experience and skills that can be beneficial for those pursuing a career in the medical field. **

Deciding whether to do a voluntary social year (FSJ) or ecological year (FÖJ) abroad with horses depends on your interests and goals. If you are passionate about working with horses and want to gain experience in a different cultural setting, an ecological year abroad with horses could be a great opportunity. On the other hand, if you are more interested in social work and helping people, a voluntary social year abroad might be a better fit. Consider what skills and experiences you hope to gain from the program before making a decision. **
