One can watch TV while doing the splits by positioning the TV in front of them at a comfortable viewing angle. This can be achieved by using a TV stand or mounting the TV on the wall at the appropriate height. Once the TV is set up, the individual can then proceed to do the splits while watching their favorite show or movie. It's important to ensure that the TV is positioned in a way that allows for a clear view without straining the neck or eyes. **
